EXTREMELY DIRTY bathrooms!!!!
This was overall dirty place. Plates, bathrooms, food was old, not enough service, trash cans outside of front were full, old restaurant needs new step up. Couldn’t drink water or use dishes at times because it was just dirty.

Service was very slow. The server did not come back to see if we needed or wanted anything not even a refill on our drinks. The food has increased in price and the biscuits have been eliminated. We had to get her attention in order to get our check and a take out container.
I had a great crispy chicken salad, there were a lot of choices to choose from off the menu. I even had desert. Pumpkin cheesecake cake. The flavor just made my taste buds explode.

This Place is EXTREMELY DIRTY. I am putting this review out Not for Customers but for the workers. I'd like to see This place succeed so I'm going to be extremely honest with my experience.
I normally eat a ruby Tuesday’s but this particular one was horrible. Dishes were dirty, unclean bathrooms, old chairs, dusty tables, food was not fresh, my water had particles in it, just all around nasty. When I went up to the salad bar multiple dishes were dirty and not clean at all. Just the over experience was not good, whoever is cleaning is not doing a good job. I am a easy going person and for me to give a review means there is something truly wrong.
I asked for water There was Particals floating in my water.
There was 1 waitress waiting all the 10-15 people.
GOT TO DO BETTER!!!
Being that I was expecting the same type of service I was highly disappointed about the establishment.
Ruby tue has a reputation for Great Service, Great Food,Clean establishment ect
So I came up with the conclusion that the dish washer may have been broken.
Dirty salad bar needed to be wiped and maintained...
