Wonderful service... The cashier/ attendant was so very nice and helpful... They have fashionable clothing for all women...
I'm currently from Winston-Salem and visited this store on Saturday 6/18/16, to pickup some last minute items for a wedding I was attending. During my visit there, the "Person in Charge", (I can't say this person was a Manager due to the lack of customer service skills and respect for customers spending their monies) was very "rude and disrespectful". I had picked out the items I was interested in and went to the counter to request for someone to let me in the Fitting Room. The "person in charge" stated "I'll be there in just a second". I waited as she waited on her 2 customers. Once, the customers left, I noticed the "person in charge" then chatting with I'm guessing people she knew, that were not in line to be waited on, they were just looking around. While I'm waiting, I noticed an "assistant " to the "person in charge" walking around the store chatting with people and making sure things were straightened out on the racks but neither of them coming to assist me. As I watched another customer go up to the counter to pay for her items, I "NICELY" went back to the counter to inform the "person in charge" that I was still waiting on the dressing room...the "person in charge" stated "I have to take care of my customers", with her head rolling and lips twitching (so not professional). I said "mam, I've been waiting before this person even got up here, can't you get your assistant (who's only walking around) to let me in?", The "person in charge" then states, " I was waiting on my help" ...but she's been walking around fixing the racks the entire time! She then comes down from behind the counter to let me in the dressing room. As, I'm undressing, I can here her outside talking about this to other customers. I quickly redressed and went outside the dressing room to see what her problem was with "ALL THAT MOUTH" and to see why was she acting so unprofessional in front of "PAYING CUSTOMERS", the "person in charge" proceeds to run her mouth to me. I also let her know from my 8 years in Human Resources and my current 2 years of working for the DOR, I've never seen anyone be so RUDE!!! I requested the store number, but was called a "DUMMY" (from what other customers in the store replied to me) once the "person in charge" ignored my request and kept talking about the situation. I immediately returned the items I was going to purchase and refused to spend my money there and requested to my family that bought me there, to never spend another dime in that store. It's very sad to see companies that allow their employee's to be treated so poorly! I value my money and therefore was taken to another store currently in your town and spent my "monies" with them. I do hope the "person in charge" on 6/18/16 around 4:00pm, will be reprimanded for her actions. The name badge didn't expose her name I had to rate this to post it. If there was a space for "NO STARS", it would be checked in "RED".
