My mommy loves her customers and will do her very best to keep them smiling
I usually don't write reviews and I am a VERY STRONG SUPPORTER OF BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES. I placed an order and they had a teenage girl answering the phone, which I thought she did a very good job. I wanted to get something delivered for a birthday, but the person never received anything. Due to my crazy schedule I wasn't able to follow up until the Friday of the week that I placed the order which as that Wednesday. When I finally called and attempted to speak with them about my order, the 1st woman abruptly stated, "We called you and left you several messages and we did not get a return call!" I immediately stated that I did not receive any messages on my phone. Before I could say anything else, she immediately went to pass the phone over to another woman (who I am assuming was the owner); but prior to owner getting on the phone, I could hear them talking about the order and me. EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND VERBALLY HOSTILE CONVERSATION REGARDING ME AND MY ORDER. So, when she said hello, I began to speak and she replied back the same that they left me several messages about my order. She then stated that the girl that took my order did not take down my expiration date of my card. I attempted to explain to the woman that I use my cell phone for work and all my business so, it's with me all the time. I further stated that I did not have any messages left nor did I have any missed calls from the Henderson (Vance County Area). She then stated, "Well, we did and the order was not filled" with a very dismissive attitude. So, NOT INTERESTED IN ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!! Not one time did she try to fix the matter with me or say anything about checking numbers to see if they had the correct number to help the situation. Well, I see that she is not about her business and money, just about being RIGHT!!! I do not recommend this business/florist and like I told her, "I will go to the white florist!" Sad because I am a STRONG ADVOCATE FOR BLACK OWN BUSINESS.
