I have purchased furniture from Vance a couple times over the past 10 years. I have always received excellent customer service.
Worst experience ever. Purchased a dining room table and chairs February 6th and was assured it would be in in 10 days later. After 10+ days and did not hear from them, I called the store and was told they would check on it and call back. Never received a phone call from them. Called multiple times later just to get a run around on why the dining table and chairs were not there. Spoke to the owner on March 14th to express my concerns and that I would ultimately want my money back. The owner was very rude and actually hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything else from Vance Furniture.
Incredible experience! They had what I was looking for! They gave us advice when we asked. There was no pressured sales tactics and once purchased, they delivered and set up my brand new bedroom suite! I recommend anyone needing furniture to make the drive to these friendly people - you will not be sorry!
