I have heard lots of people say that since Dr. Mills passed away the Henderson facility has gone downhill and I am now in agreement. I had a annual physical a couple of months ago but the Dr spent more time putting notes in the computer then he did on the examination. None of my concerns were addressed but at least there are notes on my chart that I had concerns. Yesterday, I decided to call and try to schedule a appointment with Dr. Dentist for a check-up since the phyiscal was a waste of time but I was unsuccessful because he is not accepting new patients. The staff member that I spoke to was very rude toward me for asking for a change of physician. I will be looking elsewhere for medical care.
Terrible wait times and they don't take walk-in's. Who has time to make an appointment when you're sick? I have been there before and it is absolutely dreadful, I was sick and needed to be seen. I had to make an appointment, then when I arrived ON TIME, I did not get seen until almost 2 hours after my appointment time.
