Showed up at 3:45 thinking to myself ok I'm glad I got here with plenty of time. Only to stand in the office area for 10 minutes before a state employee said oh you didn't see the piece of paper saying were at capacity, so we're not taking anymore customers. I will not be coming back to try and get my license renewed here again
