The tanks are nasty, the place stinks, and they rub off expiration dates on medicine bottles. Should be arrested for cruelty to animals.
Jeanette (the owner) is great. She really cares about the birds and has healthy stock. She will look for you whatever you want if she doesn't have it. Her prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Personal attention and service is what you get and that matters to me.Highly recommended.
Dirty, Even though it's a pet store it could be more organized and cleaner.

The cages are clean with good food and clean water dishes.

(see other review) The store does not smell that I noticed. It's messy with seed -like on the floor, BUT birds are very messy and I can tell you when you have a lot of them to keep up with, it's nearly impossible. So, none of that really matters.
