The pedicure stations are all lining one wall and are NOT clean or handicap accessible. There are 2 steps to get to the pedicure stations with NO hand rail. Cleaning is obviously not something that is important to the staff. There is always a 1 to 2 hour wait and NO APPOINTMENTS. People go there and bring there children who then run all over the place without the parents supervision. The gel nail heaters are discussing and never cleaned outside or inside. Employees complain and talk poorly about cleanliness, co-workers, customers and Management. The gel nail colors are not organized and I've witnessed people stealing the paints on more than 1 occasion. There is NO 1 on 1 service as people are lined up like sardeens in a can while the employees roll back and forth doing a rush job on 2+ customers at a time. Customers do not always arrive wearing undergarments. It's more a high prices zoo where in the customers are the animals. Leaving 1 star here is about 4 stars too many.
Today I have to come to this place but when I heard about that I have change my mind .
Royal Nails is the best. The owner Mike has been doing my nails for 10 years. I highly recommend him.
2nd and last visit poor manicure and pedicure. Nail polish mostly on skin instead of nails!!
I love going there, one time I went I felt as if no one wanted to do my nails,very disappointed they shuffled me around and she asked someone else to do my nail and when I sat down she did somebody's nails that came in after me ,very hurt, very hurt I didn't deserve that
