The craziest long line ever with one teller working only . She like to tell her customers of the conditions of her cousin dog.( completely crazy).

Although staff is very nice the wait time if you go inside is insane. I have gone in 4 times and all 4 times the line has been long and the wait at least 45 minutes.
The lines are super long, wait time exceeds 1 hour . And the only staff helping is 1 cashier .
Very, very friendly Branch. Short waiting times for Customer rep. to help you. Would I send a friend over there? ? Yes, absolutely.
I have been a customer of Bank of America for over 10 years. But I have never seen a branch with such a bad management.
They do not care about customers. They care only about their profits. If you want a bank that you have to stand in line and wait EVERY time you go in there then BOA is you bank. I GAVE NEVER BEEN IN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR THAT I FELT LIKE THEY CARED ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND WSIT TIME.
They care more about profits than customers. If you do not believe that try going to different branches and just watch the employees and the customers.
Although I can count 6 employees in the branch .
I will try not to come to this branch again because it sounds it's a management problem
