Do not let this bank tell you that they cant cash a check that was given to you if the person banks with woodforest. I had this told to me and I called corporate office and they can cash it with a fee...usually 5.00
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Had an account with them, my ID was stolen and they still allowed transactions to go through, always changed us for cashing checks drawn from their own bank. Customer service sucks. Reverse prejudice
