I don't see how people can say they got ripped off?? I think what happens is you have unrealistic ideas and a shit additude as to what you are able to afford or your credit just plain sucks and you end up with a sky high payment and put that shit on the dealer?? me on the other hand I'll give credit where credit is due, the sales team I dealt with was great I was leary of buying there just because it's Henderson.. but I did anyhow my sale guy mike was a great guy to deal with, the sales manager Eric worked some great numbers for me and gave me a hell of a deal on my trade in which allowed me to get my truck and then Rick the financed I'd some good things for me as well... the things I'm not so happy about aren't thier issues... thier mine did I get the payment or interest I wanted? no, but I did get the truck and I would recommend people to them
Parts/Service. This is the most miserable looking bunch of folks I have ever had to deal with. Not just once, but every time. Hound dog droopy faces, infighting, like you ruined their day when you walk in. I did have one fella hold the door open for me when I walked out with a heavy part, but he could not even look at me. No hello, thanks, have a nice day..... miserable...... Should I blame them? Management? I really feel bad for that bunch.
I would not recommend anyone buying from here. I went to trade my car and found out that I was overcharged. General manager is not qualified for his position and made me wait almost two hours to see him when he told me to come down. He also told me I would get a spare key for my car when I purchased it and then changed his mind after I asked for it. If I could rate less than one star I would. My salesman was excellent though. I'm glad he left and moved on to better things
Very prompt and courteous in making extra keys for my truck. Friendly staff, excellent service. Highly recommend. Will be going to this dealership more than the one in my own hometown. :D
Mike Young was our Salesman and he made it great. We had stopped at a number of other dealerships around the Lake Gaston area and he was the one salesperson we wanted to do business with. He was honest, helpful, informative and a good Christian man. He followed up with us at appropriate intervals and was very respectful of our time a d needs.
