Definitely worst place to come. Front desk isn't bad nor staff. They do not code correctly with insurance. Its either that or they just want to get more money out of it. Worst place learn to code.
I heard about this office from a friend and they also advertise throughout the phone book. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are as well. I really like the enviroment and the fact that treatment is explained to you rather than just "hey you have bad teeth lets fix some today" I enjoyed my experience and really appreciate the fact that they provide Saturday appointments to. My son enjoys the office as well he was being treated by a specialist at one point of time and was horrified to go back , I brought him to Paradise and I have not had a problem since the doctor is very kid friendly and patient with him. I would definitely reccommend this office to my friends and family!
My family & I been coming here for awhile & never had a bad experience!! Out of all the dentist I love coming here !!
Extremely poor attitude from dental assistant. If you order a Whopper with no mayonnaise and you recieve a Whopper with mayo and exchange it, you'd expect an exchange but more sore importantly an apology, right?? The dental assistant put me through agonizing pain and she didnt even apologize. I dont recommend this dental office to anybody. Office needs to teach their staff how to be respectful. Id actually give this office a negative rating.
I have been having problems with my teeth for several months now, so I had made an appointment three weeks in advance. My first initial call, I had informed the receptionist that this was most defiantly not a standard appointment, that either a root canal or a filling would HAVE to be done...(I am not a dentist.. but when you have a huge hole in your tooth and can feel the nerve in your cheek bone something is wrong.) She seemed to have understood. The next week that I called to verify insurance copay, I had asked her again what was marked down for my appointment... She then said.. Cleaning... AGAIN I had to correct the chart, and advise her that the dentist needed to make enough time on my slot for either a filling or root canal... and also advised her the severity of my tooth. She agreed and said she would mark me down for a larger time slot.... So here, the day of my appointment, and I get a phone call that due to weather conditions, my appointment would have to go from 10:30 and be moved to 11:30-- which was completely understandable... I arrive in the office at 11:07. And did not even see the dentist until 12:40 (ish)... when I first walked to the back to have x-rays done, the assistant was saying "Alright, are you ready for your cleaning?" I could not believe that they had forgotten to put the correct information on my time slot... I had kindly advised her, "No, this is not a standard appointment" blah blah blah.. I get to my chair... wait for about 5-10 minutes for the dentist. When it is my turn, he looks at the x-rays (which were on a sheet on copy paper) and says.. "You see this black mass, and this is your nerve.. you need a root canal..." and for the fourth time I had to repeat myself... The dentist then looks over and says.. "You may want to go to another dentist..." ...
The absolute worse experience... the only reason why I went to this dentist in the first place was because he was par with my insurance.. and open on Saturdays.. but with that kind of experience, I am not sure how in the world they are still open.. They may be lovely with children.. but to be sure.. I will NEVER to back there..
