Belk is a superb retail outlet. The staff is attentive and friendly. The sales floor is tidy and inviting. The good themselves are trendy and exciting. I saw my favorite brands on the racks, like Ralph Lauren, Chaps, Saddlebred, Sperry and more. Belk is among my favorite retail outlets. I went to the Henderson location, and I've also shopped in the Zebulon location. Both are superb stores with excellent staffs.
Horrible, Horrible customer service. Would never shop at this Belks in my life. I called and literally waited on the phone for 45 minutes. The lady told me they did not have what I was looking for. Put me on hold to "check." Picked back up told me she forgot about me. But, know they didn't have it because she would have bought it. Then, when I asked who did have the item, she said "oh it's showing we have one." (The entire purpose of my call) On hold another 20 minutes. Another representative picked up and said, "what's your question?" On hold again. Finally I hung up and called back. She STILL couldn't give me the information I was looking for. I have worked in shoe sales. If you are that busy, ask for a name and number and call back when you have time. Don't waste someone else's time!!!! Truly, rude and disrespectful!
Great customer service! If one store doesn't have an item in your size they will help search other stores and have it delivered to your door step. They have great coupons also
Would never shop in this store ever, rude employees, very dissatisfied with customer service.
My first time there on 09/16/17 The salesclerk friendly,generally concerned with my needs... She worked with my spouse n I, another person came over to help still smiling as she completed our sales. Truly will return next week for the big charity sale. From, Pastor Banks, M.,Ed.
