The "manager" Chris is a terrible person. I reported him to HQ and I'll be reporting him again. He was a smart aleck to an elderly woman in her late 70's and denied any service when it came to questions, including with me. He's the worst employee I've ever seen here. The past manager was great. What a downgrade. I've never had an employee lack any personality (Sociopath.) , and make me pissed off as much as I am.
As GameStop continues to go downhill in the gaming businesses, this location send to be gunning for first in class in the sorry service dept. There is a revolving door on the employees here, more so than most locations it seems. Even managers don't last here, the moral is low and when you walk in expect to be hounded for sales of everything. Their desperation shows, this store is hanging on by a thread.
