I only hated my experience today. The store manager didn't know the correct store policy. I called another staples and inquired about the return policy and as I mentioned he was incorrect in advising me and short in his dealing with me.

I got here all the time to buy me note cards for class. But it doesn't help when I forget them. This place is 10/10 with all their supplies but they always seem to put something on the supplies that makes it to where people forget. I always end up forgetting my notecards whether I have them in my bag or not and I'm tired of it. I so sick and tired of this and I honestly feel personally attacked and I can't handle this any longer. Either you fix the problem or I kill myself. Those are only options that seem to be left. Goodbye for now Staples and may the odds be in your favor.
