With reviewing the reviews, my family and I gave this place a chance. This was our first time here and the experience was not good. The food was great however our waitress was terrible. Brittney was our server. Upon arriving, the hostess was great, seated immediately and our waitress came and asked for our drink order. She advised us the cook would be out to take our order. He came out and everything was great. Our food came to the table, another server/cook served us, and drinks remained empty. I asked for our waitress and she came back, after another waitress refilled our drinks. The next time we saw her, mind you our appetizer plate was empty on the table, she brought the check. Never getting empty plates until we went to leave. The service was horrible and we felt rushed out of the restaurant. Not sure that we will be returning but I know if we do, I will request NOT to sit in her section.
I have lunch at Ribeyes once or twice a month. I haven't tried dinner yet. The salad bar is beautiful and always full. The baked potatoes are hot and fresh and the service is great. I can't think of a bad thing to say about it, although the only food I've actually seen is the salad bar, baked potato, baked sweet potato and salmon. My son said the fish was great. You can expect to pay 10-15 bucks depending on your choice. I'm pretty sure there are some choices that are even less.
An absolute nightmare. I wasted two hours of my life for raw porkchops. The overly-cocky owner/cook smelled of cigarettes and was clearly disheveled. A year ago this restaurant was fantastic, now it seems to need new management.
11-9-2017. Upon being seated we were greeted with a kind smile. Our server came and greeted us and ask what would we like to drink. We ordered tea. She brought it back and told us the grill cook would be out to take our order shortly and he did. The food came out about 15-20 minutes later, and as we were eating the server walked by asking was everything tasting ok? (We really did enjoy eating the food) Upon asking us she never really stopped walking. Whereas we we're eating she NEVER came back to see about us. No refills or anything. I noticed that other tables were being taken care of, but WE wasn't. I had to even ask for my ticket. It's so sad because my money spent just as good as anyone elses. Not sure if I will be returning anytime soon.
Great food, excellent service amazing staff. Definitely put this place on your to do list.
